With Smitdogg's approval, I'll restart the postings about what the Dumping Union has been up. I apologize for my poor English.
Phil Bennett and Charles McDonald dumped a 3 players version of Where's Wally and its FD1094 encryption module. Amazing it still works after all these years! The process of getting the key is non-destructive, so if you have an undumped FD1094 don't fear sending it to be dumped. ![](//www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif) Phil Bennett's tweet with pics
Jorge Silva has been on fire lately, providing tens of dumps. Yesterday he sent a dump of a bootleg Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. While the gameplay is identical, its peculiarity lies in a different sound system, which substitutes the Konami K007232 with an Oki M5205. Moreover, an MC68705 MCU has been added. Interesting to see to what lengths the bootlegger went!

First day on the job and I already messed up ![](//www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif) I forgot to mention that Fabrice Arzeno contribute Chic Gum Video, a gambling machine that pays in gums instead of money.

Some bootlegs of dec0.cpp games also have a 68705 (the same model, even) on the second of their bizarrely oversized PCBs, but others with those same PCBs leave the positions for it and a few apparently associated flip-flop ICs unpopulated. What this MCU actually does there is still unclear. The same bootleg board also allows the 6295 used for ADPCM in the DECO originals to be replaced with a 5205 plus a hefty amount of glue logic.

*audience applause*
If able to get photos of the pcbs and add those to any future DU updates as well, I am guessing AntoPISA and others will have use for any of those pcb photos on info type web sites.

Good to see another System 18 game preserved. I agree with opinions from others on other sites with it being impressive that some of the games with those CPUs are still running. > Phil Bennett's tweet with pics
Will be neat if more of Phil’s work makes its way into MAME later.

It’s fine or as Sam used to say as his favorite quote: “ It’s all good. “ Bummer for Sam that he didn’t get to be around long enough to see his favorite hometown NFL team Cincinnati Bengals reach the Super Bowl.
