Looking at the old 3D at DL forum it seems the scoring card was a separate sticker and a Nintendo logo was located in that spot on the CPO.

BTW could you share the source vector files?

... which I wouldn't swear by. That's my "repro" of the cpo. If you need the master file to export without the joystick ball, let me know.

This isn't vector, but here's a high-res jpeg of the image I used for the instruction card in my 3dArcade Radarscope model. It has the correct font too, I believe this was from a scan of an original card.
