Can anyone Identity this Arcade Game..

So I was watching through the old, but still amazing, 1985 BBC documentary 'The Day The Universe Changed' with uber Egg Head, James Burke:

..and there was this segment where he's using an arcade machine:
Now, the generic nature of the cabinet and no title being visible leads me to think it was commissioned specially for the show and doesn't actually exist as a commercial release, but if anyone knows different and it is an actual released arcade game, I'd love to know the name of it and see if it's in MAME.

So it is!
I felt sure that it was just a mock, self running demo, made for the programme in the same way they make fake arcade games for movies sometimes.
