running Commando in MAME

Hi,
wanted to play Commando in Mame,
but there is only some bookkeeping/ testscreen ?
Anyone know what to press to get it started?

Although not specifically listed, maybe something like what is described here?

Try pressing F2 or F3? Find the service dipswitch by pressing Tab, set it to off, and reboot the game by pressing F3?
I'm just throwing out ideas.

What version of MAME are you using?
How are you starting Commando?
