Congrats there. https://robbie.mameworld.info/mspactwn.htm
Finally found and emulated and Barracuda as well which leaves MazeMan as one of the few high profile Pac hardware games on the search list.
2021, emulation/preservation-wise is off to a better start than I was guessing. This along with other hard-to-find games being supported, Apple floppy updates, handheld emulation improvements and more led games being supported including Mattel Basketball. Impressive start.
I didn't know TC 2000 was another of the Miky SRL products.

Two in the same week. Now if we can just get MazeMan.
I guess I am content with the version of Crazy Otto that Scott Lawrence did that is in Misfit Mame, as he did not just do a pixel accurate hack, but he also added the original frames of animation that a graphic hack would not have done, thus making it virtually identical to the real thing.
Sil made a version of MazeMan, but it was all guess work, as (we talked about it before he did it) we had no idea what the ghosts names were, exactly what the 'frog', 'Richard Nixon Monsters' or beer mugs looked like. We only had Ken Uston's description from his book.

I very quickly take a look at this one here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YW-0G9sRrTE
should have probably turned the mic up / spoken up a bit, but still getting the hang of things, and I hadn't even had my morning coffee.

he links to my video of it in MAME too, although I'm not sure why he thinks the video is 30fps on YouTube, it's definitely a 60fps video, haven't uploaded anything at 30fps for many years :-)

Hi!... Just thought it because the intro effect is missing, thing that doesn't happen at 60fps For the first 3 seconds the title is blinking/flickering, switching on/off frame by frame.
Robbie.

Congrats to all involved with this and your goal complete with this game. I guess that means you can retire, but I am still hoping to see a bit more work in other gambling games. Besides...that Miky SRL TC 2000 auto racing game ain't going to emulate itself in MAME. *kidding*

that does happen in the video I uploaded, maybe you just don't have your playback set to 60fps :-)
one of the most important things YouTube ever did was adding support for 60fps videos because so many of these older games use flickering effects like that.

Since it’s just a daughter board add-on to Pac-Man, I wonder how hard it would be to make a reproduction. This game looks fun with two players.

LOL!!! Well... It's the third time today that someone is asking me about the retire. I start to think that I´m becoming old and obsolete.
I know that this goal takes out most of the weight one is carrying in the back since years. But there are tons of things to do it before... So, nope. You still will see me working in MAME.
And surelly TC2000 ain't going to emulate itself... So will try to disable these bombs (you can see them in the PCB stickers).
And thanks for the support!
Robbie.

How hard... half of the bus is passing through a custom IC that seems a bic PLC. Also decrypts the encrypted program, where adressing and data lines are involved, and have different encryption for opcodes and data.

No, the video that Haze posted of the game running in MAME was totally fake

a game running in MAME does not necessarily mean emulation is 100% perfect - so i just asked...

Feels great to have a release to look forward to! A bit of nostalgia back to the early days of Mame. Head to head Ms PAC looks like fun for the whole family. Thanks for the dedication seeing this quest all of the way through to the end...

Congratulations to all involved who made this happen! It's a hell of a find, and I'm *very* happy for Robbie.
Really looking forward to hearing the story of how this one came to be. It shows that even slim chances are better than none, and that there is still plenty out there needing preservation.

If I can get some detailed pictures of the daughter board from both sides I might be willing to take a crack at recreating the foil pattern in Kicad, at least that part of it looks fairly straight forward, though obviously I can't vouch for how tough it would be to get the ICs or make any mods to the main board.
