Hopefully the images help. Unless someone has one of those instruction pieces and can do a direct image scan, this is the best that can be done in case anyone wants to deal with the instruction piece and create a Gun Fight cocktail table artwork configuration.
Cocktail table control panel pieces from two parted separate cocktail tables of Gun Fight. Lots of reference photos to work with in case anyone has time wanting to create an artwork format for Midway Gun Fight cocktail table. Midway has cocktail table pcb number separate from the upright version which likely means the roms for cocktail table could be slightly different because the dip switch settings are slightly different between upright versus cocktail table as the glossy cover parts catalog that covers both upright and cocktail table Gun Fight shows. The info is not printed in upright Gun Fight parts catalog. It is only in Gun Fight parts catalog that shows both upright and cocktail table on front cover of Gun Fight parts catalog.

It feels weird to doubt you Greg, but... are you sure? It would seem odd to have an instruction sticker on the bezel, and the same instructions listed below on the control panel on the upright cabinet.
Had a hunch, and it seems like that is for the cocktail table. Site linked below also has a way better picture of it.

Oh nuts. That makes more sense with that piece being part of the cocktail table unit compared to an upright. I now wonder why in the heck did Manitou Springs, CO Arcade Amusements had one of those pieces taped onto an upright Midway Gun Fight bezel which I had noticed it in 2001. I am sure I had noticed it taped on to the bezel piece.

I didn't know that Gun Fight cocktail table appears to not use any overlay piece either.
What I do know since I have the dual Gun Fight upright/cocktail table glossy cover parts catalog does have is dip switch settings are different from one another which makes me wonder if cocktail table uses a different rom set compared to the upright cab.
