Artwork in 7:8 Pixel Aspect

I don't know if here's the right place to ask this question, so Please be nice..
Whenever I add Artwork to the Artwork file ,it usually pair up with the game in the standard 3:4 ratio.
But sometimes the inner actual playing field is too narrow
(like in the game Road Fighter - see photo) and so in those cases I like to play in the 7:8 Pixel Aspect - but I can't pair it with the Artwork
Any solution for this?

The only way to do that is to look for artwork specifically made that way. Most is 3:4 and 4:3.

Yeah, I guess you're right, I already looked for a 7:8 generic artwork but without any success.
