I am sure the bios is out there somewhere as you can still find them pretty easy. Is the bios any different at all? Does it still say Intellivision when you power it on? Dumping them might be annoyingly tricky, given that Intellivision ROMs are generally GI RO-3-950X types with very nonstandard pinouts. It's surely technically possible, since the interface is well-documented and many cartridges using these ROMs have been dumped, but the average PROM programmer probably wouldn't support them.
