I noticed that there was this horizontal instruction strip for the NA release of Raiden but I couldn't find it anywhere for download. I was able to use a decent reference photo of the cab as well as a horizontal Japanese instruction card, along with a translation found in the original arcade manual to do what's hopefully a fairly accurate recreation. I have no ability to discern the font that was used, unfortunately.
Anyway, if someone has a scan of the actual strip, please share. For now, I'll use this:

Thanks Mr. Do, I missed that directory in my search. Lots of good stuff in there! Well, I wasn't too far off on the design, and I probably only wasted an hour or so on it lol.
