Apple II GS - Error message when loading a game ?

Good morning all !
I have a problem with Apple II GS. When I load a game into the floppy drive I get this error message:
The game is in .2mg format & works great with other emulators... why not with MAME ?

FLOP1 and FLOP2 are Apple 2 compatibility.
Mount in FLOP3 it should load properly.

Thanks it works in with flop3 
On the other hand the joystick does not work ?!

Easy enough, start the machine and get to the TAB menu (use "scroll lock" to unlock partial UI .. look for Slot Devices -> gameio and select joy with your arrow keys. Select RESET near the bottom of the menu and it should restart with that installed.
