Hello,
Does anyone know what the different descriptions are?
Example: Ray Storm
(coh1000t) Taito FX1
We have
Ray Storm (Ver 2.05A)
Ray Storm (Ver 2.05J)
Ray Storm (Ver 2.05O)
I'm guessing the J is Japan, but what are A and O?

A = Asia
O = Oceanic

For anyone else that was not familiar with the Oceanic region I looked it up. It is a geographic market which include Australia and New Zealand.

Nope ! For the Taito games, 'A' stands for "America" (USA) and 'O' stands for "Other" ("Overseas" ?) (Europe) ... Look at the warning screens of the games when you "boot" the machines ...

Timely visit here since some progress has been made in various areas including netlist updates for getting emulated analog audio sound running in Midway games Gun Fight and 280zzzapp and Aaron and a couple others on the way of getting netlist analog audio emulation working in some Cinematronics games. Atari Rebound fixed to where it is working making that the fourth non-cpu game fully working in MAME
Other emulated items and various progress also worth looking over in case you have time.
