Videos like what you and Andy Welburn have done in the past for Atari Stunt Cycle would be awesome.

Wasn't there a PSE Desert Patrol cab in there somewhere for doing video and audio capture as well? ;-) Definitely needed.
>Are there other titles that are in need of samples?
A laundry truckload size of titles I can envision. Any Midway 8080 black/white hardware there? I can see maybe some confirmation needing to be done with some of the analog audio components on some pcbs. Colin already completing Midway Gun Fight and 280 zapp is a great start.
I look forward to what titles are there that can be accessed and examined and loads of video of game play and if having to document audio components on pcbs if there is time.
I'd love to get sound in Deep Scan (Invinco/deep scan - vic dual). Supposed to use same sound samples as Depth Charge. Opened request long ago ... no response.

For Deep Scan, the sounds might sound similar, but the hardware that generates the sound effects could be different. An example would be Midway Gun Fight and Midway Boot Hill. Some of the sound effects sound similar, but each game uses different hardware components even though the sound effects sound similar. If Colin should work on Midway Boot Hill later, read and compare Colin's notes with Gun Fight hardware and any future documentation notes he writes in case Colin decides to work on Boot Hill.
As for Gremlin's Depth Charge and Gremlin's Deep Scan, Deep Scan also includes a 'radar' sound effect that does not exist with Depth Charge. Another reason why Depth Charge 'external audio samples' would not be used with Deep Scan.
I sent a message already to someone in case they decide to work on Sega vicdual hardware later.
>Fire One gameplay video. I will definitely do that.
It looks like while you get to take video recordings of the actual Fire One cab, it now appears you might be able to compare with analog audio emulation in MAME at the same time you are there at the warehouse doing video recordings of actual cab. :-)
> Hopefully this weekend will be the time to make the trip to the warehouse.
Assuming it is still the same warehouse from last year, any chance that the Sega Samurai cab is still there?
