Hello,
A new tool for advanced DAT File scanning is release by DreamSoft! This tool can be requested at me for FREE (including free license key with perpetual license) by people who are interested in scanning/contributing or making DAT files for MAME.

Features:
DreamSoft MAME DAT File Scanner Professional HELP
- SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS -
DreamSoft MAME History.dat Scanner requires .NET Framework 4.7.2 Runtime

Supported operating systems:
Windows 7 SP1/8.1/10
Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1/2012/2012 R2/2016/2019
(Windows XP/Vista/8 not supported)
A special version can be compiled for Windows XP/Vista/8 by request! (for people using that operating system)
- MANUAL -
1) Download and install latest version of MAME (https://www.mamedev.org) or MAMEUI (http://www.mameui.info). For official game database, MAME is recommended!
2) Click 'Generate XML' button and choose your MAME executable (installed in 1)). Wait until mouse cursor's animation stops.
3) Select MAME Hash folder (this is a subfolder of your MAME folder) by clicking on the 'Hash folder' button (only needed at first run of program)
4) Click 'Update' link of history.dat to download latest version of history.dat (internet connection required). Wait until mouse cursor's animation stops. There is no need to download history.dat manually from https://www.arcade-history.com
For scanning other dat files: choose the dat file you wan't in the tool.
5) Click the 'INSERT COIN' button
6) Wait until 'GAME OVER' is displayed
7) All list files (.txt) are written in the program's folder, in separate subfolders. HTML files can be generated by enabling 'HTML lists'

3) MAME Parents and Clones support
4) MAME Machines using Software List support
5) History.dat update download.
6) Detailed MAME XML/Hash folder and history.dat information
7) MAME versus history.dat comparison information: missing/unused/verified ROMs. List files (.txt) written in program folder. HTML lists are written when enabled.
 Duplicate ROM search.
9) .dat file debug information (info/software list lines)
10) Generate report
11) Generate log file (for debugging)

Unless MAMEDev has specifically sanctioned you, you do not get to put "MAME's Official Support Software" in your signature line, so I have helped you remove that from your signature.
Update: And you decide to put it back again? It has been removed again. You do not get to say that you are "official" in regards to anything MAME, unless a MAMEDev comes here and says you are. You do not get to make up titles for yourself.
Put it back one more time, and we will be saying goodbye to dreamsoft.

I just post my tools here that use official MAME XML.
Therefor the results are official too...
Unless you proof the opposite?

Proof is in the earlier post by Olivier Galibert. You do not get to claim you are supported by MAMEDev, just because you wrote a program that you are pretty sure works really well.

I gave you two chances... sorry buddy. That's why your last username was banned (though not by me), and now this one is, also.
I wish you luck in what you are trying to accomplish, but you need to come up with a less "bullying" way to accomplish it.
