How to fix comctrl.asp

Hi and thank you for reading my post I have mame32 installed with some roms but I get the error that comctrl.asp is missing and redirects me to a link to Microsoft's website but the link is not valid and I think this is why my controllers dont work also but on mame64 my controllers work but my roms dont. Any suggestions?
