They've been going downhill for awhile now. The software has gotten worse as have the download protocols including the themida anti-piracy wrapper that regularly gets complaints due to some anti-malware rejecting the wrapped files. Lately I have stopped receiving notifications from their site which was the easiest way to download software leaving only the email and facebook options which are just annoying to use.
