I am not familiar with this computer system so cross fingers that someone will post exact command line instructions of how to set the system to run in MAME.

Other than that, search for old posts with pmackinlay - Patrick Mackinlay because there might be an old post that mentions how to install and run Windows version for that computer system. There is already a jazz hash list file support in MAME's hash directory which I am guessing you are already aware of.

using source file src/mame/drivers/jazz.cpp as a reference, still not yet fully emulated, but there links in source file. Maybe something (a book as a scanned pdf file) that will list what software is supported for that system?

An emulation of systems based on the Jazz computer architecture, originally
