MAME is broken again!

I'm encountering a bug on the LATEST VERSION of MAME, that when I Google it, is one that existed several MAME-versions ago, and has since been fixed, and apparently is BACK AGAIN! Has anybody else reported this bug recently?

When I try to run the game Street Fighter II Champion Edition, I get an error for the length of a file called ioc1.ic7. The full error is:
ioc1.ic7 (260 bytes) - incorrect length: 279 bytes

Googling this error, I find this on Reddit
"The size of ioc1.ic7 was corrected in MAME 0.197, so you are using a dump of SF2:CE that is outdated by almost 2 years."

So there's either nobody with access to a physical arcade machine for this game who's willing to redump it, or some developer has BROKEN the software again.

I'm on .219 (the latest) and the game runs without errors for me. Clearly not an issue of anything being broken.

Which website did you use to download the SF2:CE ROM? So please tell me, which site did you download your copy of the game from?

Ok, I FINALLY found a site that has a copy of this game with the latest version of MAME.
