inp playback fail

i was trying to playback a inp that i recorded with mame 213 i while ago but when i do the screen shows a message saying
playback ended reason: out of sync
i recorded this file with mame 213 (aug 2019) on windows 7 32 bit but im using 64 bit now could that be the problem?

There shouldn't be any issue with using a 64-bit version, but it should still be 0.213. INPs often won't playback if you don't match the version, due to changes in the emulation over time.

Every time you want to record/playback an .inp file, you have to erase your nvram file first or it will generate errors like that.
