Acorn BBC Model B - BIOS problem

Good morning all !
I have a problem with the BIOS for the BBC Model B I have all the files but it does not want to start !
On the internet impossible to find other BIOS... how to proceed ?

First of all if would be better to upgrade to the latest MAME version, then you'd need to find and download 'acorn8271.zip'

I already have the file acorn8271.zip it is called bbc_acorn8271.zip very exactly...
It does not work...

The dnfs120-201666.rom was removed from bbcb.zip in MAME 0.216, so updating your MAME will solve that issue. Or you can copy dnfs120.rom from your bbc_acorn8271.zip into bbcb.zip.
You also have an incorrect checksum for saa5050, this was updated over a year ago so you need to find a newer saa5050.zip too.

rename it how it should be named. MAME won't find it if it's named bbc_acorn8271.zip.
EDIT: as Pernod said, just update to 0.217 and the problem will be solved.

So, shockingly, you have the wrong ROM set ?!
What do you want us to tell you? You don't have the right ROM set. Find the right one.

We can't help you with contributory copyright infringement. If you're unable to find the relevant up-to-date ROM sets, that's pretty much on you.
For what it's worth, you might find something along the lines of a Dome of Pleasure where you can locate up-to-date ROM sets. A Pleasure Dome, if you will. Located in the co.uk domain, oddly enough.

What does it say? What does it say?
"Systems updated to: MESS 0.161".
That's what it says.
You're using a website that lists the ROM requirements for a version of MAME - not even MAME, but a side project before it was even integrated into MAME - which is five years out of date.
Get serious and learn enough English that you can actually understand what people are telling you to do.

You have been jumping around on different sites and running different versions of MAME.

If you are just learning how to use MAME, stay with latest release. Stop trying to run different versions until you understand how MAME works.
The reason why the error message regarding rom dnfs120-201666.rom
is because you were using an older version of MAME (.214) and the rom set you had shown the error message was likely an already updated rom set for newer versions of MAME .216 or later.
Why was BIOS rom set changed? Maybe because of this particular update that Pernod had done back three months earlier in November of last year?

Use .216 or newer versions and that error message should not be appearing since you probably already have an updated BIOS rom set.

I downloaded the ROM set MAME 0.217 & I found the necessary files which are:
- bbcb.zip
- bbc_acorn8271.zip
- saa5050.zip
The machine works but has some garphic bugs ... too bad !
