Out of the blue, here comes NPlayers 0.211!

The long hiatus was due to MAME not supporting 32-bit versions of Windows XP anymore. The only PC running a more recent version of Windows available to me is an old laptop crashing all the time (blue screens with a different error message each time). So it was not easy to catch up...

Please note that MAME File Manager supports nplayers.ini.
