The game was on Android and iOS (US version). But they took off the Apple and Google store. You can get the China version from the China Android app store. I saw it on there while back before I stop using their app store. Free from their app store. China version of the MEmu.
I don't know what the different from the Arcade and these.

The arcade port of Contra Evolution is just a PC game, and it's available on the internet easily to play. Has been for years now.
The only issue is a few parts are in Japanese but it is fully playable.
The Android & iOS ports are crap. They are slow, the controls suck, etc. The arcade version fixed all these issues.
