Asteroids Delux sound question BUMP BUMP BUMP sound

I have Mame 179. And launching it with Rocketlauncher. When I just use Mame. And launch Asteriods deluxe the sound is fine.
But when I launch the game thru RL. I hear an annoying Beep Beep sound while the game is playing. More like a Bump Bump sound. I know this is not a normal game sound. Is this a problem with the interaction of Mame and Rocketlauncher or just a problem with Rocketlauncher ?

Hmmm...
SO what I'm seeing is that your 2 year old, out-dated version of MAME (still)works fine & another party's code that you're using to run MAME is causing issues...
Take a guess...
Why not go to RocketLAuncherWorld & ask the devs there to fix THAT since they are the 1's who are distributing old, buggy code?

There is a setting either in name or RocketLauncher to correct this. I have run into this a while back and can’t remember the fix forit
