Can you tell me if I am reading the chart correct on this page http://www.mameui.info/Bench.htm are the numbers in unthrottled speed so anything over a 100 should be full speed? Thanks

Yes, those are percentages with 100% being full speed. That said, note that as ever, a certain number of frames at the startup of games may not be representative of actual in-game game play.

Also, it's important to note that games which bench below ~180% or so may still drop frames from time to time during heavy moments in the gameplay or graphics.

I'm pretty sure arcade games are the weights
