I didn't know they built a physical version with this branding either, interesting to see.
I remember this kind of thing being quite popular when I was a kid, but it does surprise me to see an official SNK product based on the game.

Both the videogame and the electromechanical game are based on a Japanese game show.
We have a link to a YouTube video of the game show on the wiki, but it no longer works as it seems the game show producer submitted a takedown request to YouTube.
There's probably another clip out there on niconico or elsewhere on YouTube or something.
