Not even interesting to tackle imo. I wish you asked about Sega Lindbergh instead because of the hardware and games made but it would still be pointless to ask because of the difficulty it would take.

(I seriously loathe these IT/Raw Thrills/Play Mechanix games common in bars).
EDIT: No, Never is right. It's for the better most of these games shouldn't be emulated in MAME due to their utter crappiness and how they spread like wildfire.
