Driver subsino.cpp Game *Victor 21

Wasn't sure where to post this or if it's even relevant.
Current subsino.cpp driver
* Victor 21.
7654 3210
---- ---x DOUBLE (or SPLIT?).
---- --x- BET.
---- -x-- SPLIT (or DOUBLE?).
---- x--- STAND.
---x ---- ???.
--x- ---- DEAL / HIT.
-x-- ---- ???.
x--- ---- GAME OVER?.
While doing my generic artwork, this is what I found out.
By playing ONLY. NO other verification.
* Victor 21.
7654 3210
---- ---x DOUBLE.
---- --x- BET10.
---- -x-- SPLIT.
---- x--- STAND.
---x ---- WIN / PUSH. (Light Only)
--x- ---- DEAL / HIT.
-x-- ---- ???.
x--- ---- BET1.
Just thought I'd share if someone wants to update the driver.
I have not uploaded the artwork yet. But will do so in the near future.

It would be better to open a Pull Request on GitHub.
You can do it easily by using the web editor, all you need is a GitHub account.
It can then be discussed there.
