seganetw - SHA-1 info is wrong in -listxml output

hi all, I've been going crazy trying to figure out why Chihiro games are not auditing correctly. Then I checked the seganetw set. It turned out that the file "" has a wrong SHA-1 in -listxml output. I have a code that generates SHA-1 checksums and it gives a different value. I also tried two onine SHA-1 generators and they also give the same results as my routine.
Code:
< machine name="seganetw" < rom name="ver1305.bin" size="2097152" crc="a738ea1c" sha1="45d94d0c39be1cb3db9fab6610a88a550adda4e9"
this is the correct SHA-1: Code:
fbcc3d119b47a6da4d194e3fe4a98126c7049edf
Can anyone please verify this ? I tried re-downloading the seganetw set three times from different sources and they are all the same.

No, you're wrong. The file ver1305.bin got the following attributes:
Size: 2097152 CRC32: a738ea1c MD5: 284c29e927164692f4884563859319d5 SHA1: 45d94d0c39be1cb3db9fab6610a88a550adda4e9
by the way your file matches:
machine name="segasp" sourcefile="segasp.cpp" isbios="yes" rom name="fpr-24407.ic72" size="2097152" crc="a738ea1c" sha1="fbcc3d119b47a6da4d194e3fe4a98126c7049edf" region="netcpu" offset="0"

Ok, I got the right file. Now I can finish the audit fix for the Sega Chihiro system. 3 major MAME ROMs sites have the wrong file and they don't even know about it... or don't care.

it's probably just breaking their automated tools
a bunch of these Sega ROMs intentionally have the same CRC, but different SHA1 (it's likely done as a security measure on the original system)
likely they're being lazy and only checking the CRC, not the SHA1, meaning yes, they'll be distributing bad files.
