if these are the bootlegs with the PICs driving the sound then the PICs need dumping (they require decapping) I think one might have been sent to Caps0ff recently.

but is someone trying to decrypt the chip? How can I track the status of this? the rom dinohut with the sounds of the command captain had q go through this decryption? if so why did not they do the same with this version that I quoted it up? sorry my english im using google translator

The chip doesn't get "decrypted". It gets boiled in acid and then read optically with a microscope.

Decryption is not involved for this specific game. It requires work done by Caps0ff or someone else that can do same type of work.

Some chips/ICs might require more time to work on in order to extract data. Read CAPS0ff 's previous work to see what is involved for extracting data from each chip.

how do I contact the administrator of this blog capsoff I will offer money for him to do the process on the chip of cadilac and dinossaurs, will he understand what I want? What are the chips I need to order from him? the name of the board I also have to know would be Cadillacs and Dinosaurs (bootleg with PIC16c57, set 1? I'm not sure if this is because the sound is not in the emulator, but in a video shows the card I do not know recognize

Caps0ff offer no guarantees, while I know they've been sent a PIC from one of the bootlegs, it could turn out to be something different.
The best thing you can do is be patient and wait, possibly donate something after it gets done to say thank you if it turns out to be the thing you were waiting for.

is how these bootlegs often look (although there are different designs) but obviously you can see this looks almost identical to the one in the video so there is a high chance of it being the same.
these are all very common, very cheap low quality bootlegs of the game
