Marquee works. Bezel doesn't.

Hi all! First post here. Long time retrogamer.
Strange problem I'm hoping you can help with.
I have Mame .200 with the .200 game packs and art packs.
It is setup for 2 monitors.
I'm trying to have screen0 have the bezel+game, screen1 have just the marquee.
If I have no marquee, it displays bezel+game on screen0 and the game with NO bezel on screen1.
With marquee, it displays just the game (no bezel) on screen0 and the marquee on screen1.
I can't seem to get bezel and marquee to work together. I don't see any errors.
Any ideas?

I'm not sure what the problem would be. I just tested Pac Man on 0.201 using these settings and it works fine:
video opengl numscreens 2 window 0 maximize 1 waitvsync 0 syncrefresh 0 monitorprovider auto
screen auto aspect auto resolution auto view auto screen0 \\.\DISPLAY1 aspect0 auto resolution0 auto view0 Upright_Artwork screen1 \\.\DISPLAY2 aspect1 auto resolution1 auto view1 MarqueeOnly screen2 auto aspect2 auto resolution2 auto view2 auto screen3 auto aspect3 auto resolution3 auto view3 auto
The only problem I've ever run into with multi monitors is that I can't get them to run in d3d, but opengl and ddraw work.
