I started messing with Retroarch and was surprised to see how good (perceived) Saturn emulation was. So far, the beetle saturn core has ran every game I own near perfect on my 6th Gen i5 6500.

Despite the "doesn't work" warning, I booted thunder force gold pack 2 in MAME and it loaded/played. Haven't tested anything else.

Glad to see some progress being made. I still own 2 consoles with a bunch of games but never play it cause it looks like ass on modern TV. I know about scalers n shit, but their over priced IMO and it still doesn't solve the problem of the hardware failing at some point.

One of many reasons that you should still keep a working CRT around
