Can MAME do this currently? Video placement...

Now that we are seeing these long ass, thin curved 49" monitors that are effectively 2 x 1920x1080p next to each other; is it currently possible to have MAME position its 4:3 image from the center of such a display to the far right or left quadrant of the screen?

You can do it with a layout file and the override artwork option.
