it's dumb like pretty much every animated stuff on tv.
Paw Patrol and such… or the cartoons that just farts and pukes... yeah that's really funny isn't it.
The Looney Tunes were made in the 40s and those are still 100 times funnier than anything recently.

The bad guy is a robo-racist who says humans are superior to robots, but it turns out he is the guy controlling the evil robots. That was some serious M. Night shit right there.

Speaking of Mega Man, he is actually partially based off of Osamu Tezuka's iconic manga "Astro Boy / Tetsuwan Atomo" and its subsequent anime adaptations. The ending to Mega Man 1 on the NES makes a giant reference to that manga if you look closely.
Mega Man's successor, Mega Man X, is based of the 1970s anime "Shinzo Ningen Casshan / Neo-Human Casshan", which was licensed in North America by distributor Sentai Filmworks. Sigma is also based off the villain from this series as well. The series is 35 episodes long.
