Finding region bytes

I want to be able to change the region for many sets in MAME. I think the following should be easy to change the regions of; I just can't find the region bytes.

The following list is in order from most to least of the games I want to be able to change the regions of:
Kaneko Super Nova sets, Aleck 64 sets, Gyakuten Puzzle Bancho, Recalhorn, Pang 3, Ring Of Destruction, Slap Shot, Plump Pop, Maze Of Flott, Asuka and Asuka, Success Joe, Midnight Landing, Metal Freezer, Twin Eagle 2, Sega Sonic The Hedgehog, Holloseum, Ryu Kyu, Last Survivor, Riot City, ddpdojt, and Star Wars Arcade.

Please don't do this. It encourages people to burn region hacks to ROMs and sell them as the real thing. This makes it harder to track down the real missing regional versions to dump and preserve properly.
