NPlayers 0.200 is out.

These versions of nplayers.ini and Multiplayer.ini are in line with MAME 0.200.

There are also some corrections like War Mission and Air Rescue that are now tagged as 2P sim.

Thanks to Bad A Billy for telling me how to activate 2-player support in War Mission.
