I thought those looked like IGS stickers, code 'FA = Oversea'
and as Peter pointed out to me, it uses an IGS036, which is the PGM2 CPU, so the internal ROM will need extracting using his hardware and software hacking, presumably after Andreas decrypted the CPU rom, so difficult to give any kind of ETA on the emulation.
good that you got it cheap, a lot of these 036 based boards are very expensive (and the 027A ones seem to be getting more expensive all the time too)
