https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bTyHNjp7rlI Dumping Union picked this one up a while back (maybe 2 years now?) Arcadehacker dumped it a few days ago.
Note, the flashing pixel glitch you see sometimes happens on the PCB too, as do a number of other game faults, seems like the game just has a few programming bugs (or compiler bugs) definitely not a bad dump.

With all respect, and out of curiosity, why does it take 2 years to dump a game the DU specifically chose?

Could have been simple miscommunication, dumper backlogs or not being able to access the proper dumping tools needed to handle the flash roms that were on the board? There could be a host of different reasons but the important thing to note here is that it is available now. Dumping data properly from chips is a specialized skill which sometimes means long waits between acquiring and dumping/testing/releasing data.

It just ended up backlogged.
The board has surface mount flash roms, which we've found to be kinda fragile and need to be treated with care.
Not everybody can dump them, those that can don't always have time, also once it's with somebody who can do it then it's not always worth the risk of it getting lost in shipping it elsewhere, so better to just wait.
System11 for example is sitting on about 6 Korean titles using the same type of ROMs that he hasn't got around to dumping yet.
