Well I'm sure there was more to this than just a 6502 CPU, because a 6502 CPU on it's own has no input, no video, nothing to show what it's doing.

MAME would need to emulate all of the hardware, including the 6502 and whatever was connected to it. There's a 6502 core in MAME, a pretty good one, but without a driver being written to emulate the rest of the hardware it isn't going to run your software.

If I understood well, You have listings of machine code (assembler or pure machine code) and You wanna run that code on any home computer from that era (Apple/Commodore/Atari 8bit/Acorn Atom...) which used 6502 ?!
If so then You will need Hex Monitor (or similar program) to be able to input the code in hex format and then execute the program through the emulated Micro computer; for example : emulated Commodore VIC-20.

its not just 6502 CPU, More than that chip, IC and RAM, but question is In normal PC how we can Run that 6502 game files even using "MAME" (In PC) because that file has hex code

Read Haze's reply again. Unless all parts of your 'machine' are known and emulated in MAME you won't be able to run it.

This looks like a very common type of poker game hardware (goldnpkr.cpp). There's a good chance MAMEdevs would be able to emulate this and add it to that driver if it isn't already there.
