First, welcome to MW!!!
On this file, though, you simply took the 500x500px thumbnail from my WIP page, blew it up 12x, then cleaned that image. That's not really HQ.
If you had simply asked me for the actual scan, I'd have sent you the file; the final result for that will be WAY nicer. If you'd still like to do it... let me know, and I can hook you up.
