Shoutime dumped The 26th Z and a bootleg of '99 The Last War. skate323k137 sent us a dump of Martial Masters (Taiwan).

Most of the games Shoutime dumps, you're never going to have heard about. Extreme rarities from Japan, many of which were only location tested and then disappeared from Japan arcades, IF that.
