MACH3 no background video

Hello,
Is it normal MACH3 has no video background (the "movie" part) ?
I think I used to have the video on older mame release, but for some time I don't have it anymore (tested of course on 0.190)
Same bug for CUBEQUEST
FIREFOX works fine thought

That been doing that for a very long time. Like in years. Can't use it because of the video support as I been told. Not even for sure that the laser games video will show up with the BGFX on. Probably won't show up with it enable. Not even gonna try anyway. Best to leave those turn off.
Be like trying to get three things showing. Game play, video and... hlsl or bfgx.

Tried with BGFX instead of D3D and the movies is displayed
