Which of this cards supports a high resolutions and colour quantity, and working properly on the MAME simultaneously?

With ct486, you are presently limited to a hard-wired ET4000 SVGA card. It is enough to run Windows 9x at 800 x 600 (probably 1024 x 768 too), but quite incompatible with DOS UniVBE / Univesa (if you want to go that route).

It isn't hard-wired - you can swap it for other ISA video cards with the -isa1 option on the command-line. You can see available options with -listslots. That said, I don't know the trade-offs of the different options.

I just had been taken a various graphic glitches after testing each hi-res and color-rich video card.

Here is a result of S3 Trio64 setup to 16-bit color mode:



And here is a Diamond Speedstar Pro SE (24 bpp):

Yeah, higher colour depths don't work well at this stage. 256 colours should work, or reduce the hardware acceleration level in Windows.

Today I have another problem with this rom - after any CD driver from software list installation to MS-DOS 6.22 "computer" can't read my CD image.

DOS can't recognize CD drives without a driver. You can follow this guide:
