There is no ROM '4' under the piggyback board.

Bootleg of Popeye, is time to investigate if is a alternative bootleg or is a new board
And this pcb... look familiar, and the "4" is missing

PCBs sometimes don't have roms labeled 1-whatever with no breaks, though in this case some chips are covered up. I thought this was all common knowledge and 2 responses in the same thread about it...

Again, there is no missing ROM '4' on this board neither room for it.I hope it's clear now.

Please, do it!!...
There are some odd things like the wrong palette, the pulse for counters inside the RAM, , the lack of tiles bank switch, etc...
