Peter Wilhelmsen got an alt unprotected Alligator Hunt board that starts you on a different level. Hammy got an old version of Land Breaker that runs on ver 1 of the hardware where the ones currently in mame run on ver 3.
Update: dlfrsilver dumped an alt version of Big Karnak

Update regarding this update: the only differences between this dump and the set in MAME look like a bunch of bad bits in the sound ROM.
