In great need of an Adobe Illustrator user fast

I've got a custom control panel I'm trying to get done for CAX just days away. I'll be working in Photoshop or ArchiCAD to get it put together but if someone out there has the time to help me that would be great.
I've got photos of the original art which will have to be modified for an octagon table and of course vectorized. I think its simple enough but I looked at some files already done in illustrator today and well the program isn't as easy to a newb as photoshop.
