Do NFL Blitz and the other games in its driver use multiple CPU cores when emulated?

yes, up to about 4 (after that performance seems to get worse, not better)

Are there any other arcade game drivers that do this, too? I know about Gradius IV, but outside of that, I'm not sure.

Anything with Voodoo graphics or netlist sound. Also some other 3D games.
