Question about VT Chip support

Hi,
I am seen a guy named "DKL3" has opened an issues in GitHub MAME repository about VT Chip support and I'm not sure If MAME should have VT Chip support (I'm not programmer).

Maybe it's your English, but that just made no sense. He was asking to add support for the VT chips. Nothing wrong in requesting it. If you don't think MAME should have support for VT chips, ok, thanks for letting us know. I'm sure your opinion will be considered by all the devs should they ever consider supporting the VT chips

I also think the VT Chips support should add to MAME. Because EmuVT compatibility is incomplete. According to DKL3.
