Anyone ever see a "Rock'n Rage" dedicated cabinet?

Anyone ever see a "Rock'n Rage" dedicated cabinet? The game was released in '86, so I'm assuming there's a good chance it had a dedicated cabinet. But I can't find any images of it on the internet.

It is a JAMMA boardset. AFAIK, it came as a kit only (manual+pcb) to be used with whatever JAMMA harnessed cabinet you might have. No specific hardware or artwork seems to have come out for it outside of a flyer.

Given that this game was released outside of Japan, how was Konami not sued for copyright infringement? Many of the songs were lifted directly from pop music.

(Of course, if Konami did pay appropriate royalties, then disregard that).
