ShouTime dumped 1945k III OPCX1 2000 Version. I think it's newer than the version in mame. He also dumped Mustache Boy (Italy).

Thanks as usual to his ongoing work.
- Mustache Boy (Italy) [ShouTime]
GAME( 1987, mustachei, mustache, mustache, mustache, mustache_state, mustache, ROT90, "Seibu Kaihatsu (IG SPA license)", "Mustache Boy (Italy)", MACHINE_SUPPORTS_SAVE ) -
I visited Italian Coin-op Videogames Zone (English language) web site once again to see what exact company may have marketed the Italian region version.
My guess is International Games unless there is another Italian company that is not as well known. Maybe a flyer find by a particular collector will be useful later. ;-) Until then, those in Italy can hash it out of which company marketed Mustache Boy in Italy (and Europe?) market region.

I don't think the PCB is newer, the parent in MAME was the OPCX2 PCB with SMT roms, the 1999 version was from system11s OPCX1 PCB with regular roms like this one, I guess we'll find out if this is a different revision or just another rom arragnement, but if it is I imagine it sits in the middle.
