Uh? How can you direct it anywhere, if you even can't get it to run?
Anyway.. if you could be a little more specific, we could possibly figure out your issue.. in the end, there's some hundred users out there being using FEEL every day

I run the FeelEdit.exe and everything works great until the inputting of KegaFusion Path. I made sure to save after ever Edit I make. But with KF, I select the Path and it Locks up.
But if I just leave that alone, Feel.exe still gives me a Msg saying it has Stopped meaning Crashed. Do I have to run the Feel.Application first?

Okay, now it's a little clearer.. Thanks
Let's explain a little:
1) FeelEdit is an external module meant for editing Feel configuration in a more "user-friendly" way (ie: from a Windows application).. but if you always can change your Feel config editing .ini files (you'll find them under "config" directory) with your favourite text editor (even notepad can suffice, even if I would suggest more powerful tools, such as Notepad++, Sublime Text, others). In the end you can live without it
1a) I can investigate on the KF lock, but I'd need more info: did you try, for instance, to setup MAME? Did you succeeded in making it work?
2) Feel (feel.exe) needs some sw prerequisites installation to properly run. You can find them on Feel download page: Feel download Please double-check you've installed them, otherwise it won't start. That said, in case of a crash during execution, you usually will find some information in feel.log file. If prerequisites installation just mentioned doesn't solve, and you still experience crashes, pls post feel.log content.
Let me know, thank you

Yeah, MAMEUI, ePSXe, all got Setup as they should.
I dont have.NET 3.5, but I have 4.5, 4.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6 and 4.6.1 . Is 3.5 needed along with them?
Also: Win7 64Bit Pro SP1

Okay... .Net 3.5 is a different platform from 4.x (MS crazinesses ), but is on board on all Win7 versions, so you don't need to install it. Still you have to install Xna framework 3.1, linked on Feel's download page. After installing it you should be good to go. Let me know, thank you
EDIT: to simplify requirements setup I've just uploaded an updated Feel zip package containing setup.vbs, a script that automates preliminary checks & downloads. You'll find it at the usual link. Enjoy

OK, I got it to run, but it just shows the Rom Names, not the Game Name for MAME. PSX on the other hand shows Nothing. Each Game is in it's own Folder so as not to clutter up the Folders.

> OK, I got it to run, but it just shows the Rom Names, not the Game Name for MAME. Very good If you don't see rom descriptions, you've setup Mame as a generic emulator (list_type 0). Please use/refer to the provided config for Mame as a sample. Ps: after fixing config, you'll need to go thru "rebuild list" to see complete names.
> PSX on the other hand shows Nothing. Each Game is in it's own Folder so as not to clutter up the Folders. Unfortunately this folder structure won't work without proper handling: roms usually must be in the same folder, and share same extension (or possibly more than one). If you can't move them to a single folder, you can create and collect placeholder .ini files (one for each title) which will be read by Feel to build the list, know where single roms are and which peculiar command line they need in order to run. This is explained in the documentation (Feel.pdf). But it's a complex config (requires quite a lot of work if you have more than 10-20 of roms: usually it applies well to Windows or dos game lists) I wouldn't suggest, unless you don't have other possibilities.
Keep up, you're getting there
