I found out this is actually the last known Japan revision, so there is a very very very strong chance this will have the funnest AI out of all Super Street Fighter II games.

Export versions being in this case being more of mindless quarter suckers and the AI of the Japan "X" version being superior in general and reason to believe the final version of that being the funnest if you know your CPS2. This type of thing dates back to the early 80s with Japan revs. Look at Mario Bros.
